Route Introduction:

This course primarily follows the first half of the MXDB100 route, passing through Shuangqiao Valley, Tiaoshuigou, and Changping Valley in sequence.

During the daytime, runners will enjoy panoramic views of most of the 5,000-meter-plus peaks in the Shuangqiao Valley area of the Siguniang Mountains, with a rare opportunity to witness a stunning sunset where Mount Yaomei and the Five-Colored Mountain align in the same frame.

The greatest challenge comes in the latter part of the course: a high-altitude ascent over the Tiaoshuigou Pass at 4,560 meters. This segment features a mix of snow, ice, and loose rocks, with steep traverses and descents that are technically demanding and highly exposed. After crossing the pass, runners descend through Daniu Field, pass through Jinzhijie, and return to the finish line at the Visitor Center.
